The living area is a twenty-two- foot high atrium with a stainless steel bridge linking the two sides of the second floor above. The first floor has a master suite with two bathrooms, outside shower, and library with computer, wifi, and books.  The media area has television and DVD player. The dining area features a long trestle table seating ten to twelve people. The kitchen offers Sub-Zero refrigerator, extra fridge, DCS stove, granite counters, and wine cooler.

On the same level as the first floor is the pool deck which overlooks the ocean. It features a trapezoidal swimming pool with a double infinite edge plus deck chairs, loungers, table and grill. Monkeys and birds visit the pool on a regular basis. On the lower level is a gym and ping pong room.

Eight people can enjoy Villa Caramar—there are four wonderfully-sized bedrooms.  On the second level of the villa the bedrooms have spectacular views of the ocean and the surf break at Playa Negra from a wrap-around teak deck.
