Property Information

Tivives is somewhat of a costa rican secret and with the new road about 45 minutes from san jose.  Actually this community has been established for about 32 years and consists of 129 oceanfront parcels and some non-oceantront.  I think about 4 are vacant lots, the rest are homes. 

It is concession land and borders a nature preserve on one side of the street and the ocean on the other, so the homes are right up next to the ocean.....I think it's the only place in costa rica where this is allowed and it is written into the costa rican law.  The road leading to Tivives beach is about 10km, and brings you to a guard house, and just beyond is the property manager's office on the left.
