Our six week usage plan offers tremendous flexibility:

Planned Vacation time: Prior of the year begin by selecting 2 one-week vacations in order of when they are purchased. Once everyone has chosen his first two weeks each owner chooses 2 additional weeks this time in reverse order (the owner that chose last gets to choose first).

Your last week weeks are placed in a "space available" pool along with everyone else including the developer. This pool now contains 18 weeks or 126 days available to all on first come first serve basis beginning Jan 1st of each year. You must use any space available you have set aside prior to selecting other. In space available you may select from one day up to seven days.

Short notice time is the time that is going unused within 14 days. This time on your calender will turn red signaling it is available to all. You may taken any number of days here.

There is plenty of opportunity to exceed even 6 weeks dependent on your flexibility. Usage begins with "Planned Vacation" time which is 4 one week vacations you request (total of 4 weeks); next is "Space Available", which allows you to have an additional one week reservation on the books at any time; next is "short notice" which allows you to make the more impromptu visit, a reservation made instantly the moment you see it is red and available. It is very flexible usage plan that is designed to allow owners to come enjoy the the property as often as possible.
