When you enter the home through the glass & steel doors your are struck by the soaring 40ft wood ceilings, stone floors, and accordion walls folding back to the outdoor living area and infinity pools. The flowing floor plan and mother of pearl kitchen wall rival any 5 star hotel. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are located on the entrance level and open up to covered outdoor living area. As you lounge under the terraces fanned roofs, you can either take a dip in the 2,200 sq foot 3 tiered pool lined with Indonesian stone & Onyx, swim up to the bar and get a drink or just gaze at the views of breaking waves down coast line extending to the Southern tip of Costa Rica's Corcovado Peninsula.

Swing open the double doors to the main floor master suite. Walls that fold back and open up to a private patio and pool. A giant stone tub, double shower heads in a glass tiled shower, king bed and an immense walk in closet… you will never want to leave!

The Jade House includes 4 spacious bedroom suites (4 king beds) w/ private bathrooms including double shower heads. There is a separate office (queen) that doubles as a 5th bedroom. Also, upon request there is a media room that can accommodate more guests. A fully equipped professional kitchen with Viking range, ice maker, side by side professional commercial sized refrigerator/ freezer provides all that is necessary to make your meals.
Guests may access games, DVD player with collection of DVD's, Nintendo Wii system and satellite TV. There are I-pod docks connected to a rockin stereo system, wireless internet and full laundry facilities. Linens and towels are provided. The Barbecue, and pool toys, are also available for guest use.

The Jade House is the perfect place for family gatherings, wedding parties, romantic honeymoons, hosting yearly corporate functions or just a great time with friends. With our exquisite chef services (upon request) you can allow your group to sit back and enjoy an incredible meal without having to worry about the hassle and stress of cooking for a large group. Dominical is a small coastal village 15 mins North of The Jade House. People are easy-going, and the relaxed atmosphere is contagious! There are various friendly beach front bars, a variety of casual restaurants and more upscale dining including Thai, Italian, and Mexican. Just 10 minutes South in Uvita, there are supermarkets, banks, doctors, pharmacies and plenty of local restaurants. All the beautiful, secluded beaches along the coast are just a quick drive "down the mountain" but once your sitting in the sunken living room with a blended drink… you just may never want to leave!
