Third floor wrap-around balcony, perfect to bird/wildlife viewing.  The property is part of a wildlife corridor and animals such as monkeys, sloth, kinkajous, toucans and more are frequent visitors. An easy five minute walks to the beach. Just five miles from the seaside village of Dominical.

Rates in US Funds Minimum stay is 4 days. $300 refundable security deposit due on booking along with 50% of rent. Thanksgiving, Christmas week, new years week and easter requires one week minimum stay.
