The house combines both open air and climate control allowing for the best of both worlds.  The Great Room is the hub of the house with two wings extending from opposite ends.  25 foot ceilings make this room truly great.  Spacious and airy, adorned with oversized lounging sofas, perfect for kicking up your feet and relaxing.  The double pained glass patio doors allow for protection against the elements, or accordion-fold open for fresh ocean breezes.  Parallel to the sitting area is the state of the art kitchen.  The kitchen boasts its stainless-steel appliances, Viking range and convection oven, over sized refrigerator, ample counter space, walk-in pantry, food bar with bar stools, microwave, blender, cutlery, cookware, and stylish settings for up to 15 people. 

Extending from the Great Room is the patio, pool deck and west coast seascape.  The patio has a cozy sitting area, dining table that seats 12, and an outdoor grill.  The pool deck has chaise lounge chairs and abundant sunning space.  The saltwater pool, soft on the skin and easy on the eyes, has an infinity edge melding the pool and sea into one continuous span of tropical blue.

The north and south wings house the 6 bedrooms.  Each wing is a mirror image of the other.  Both consist of two bedrooms down stairs that share a central full bath, a laundry facility, and a master suite upstairs.  The master bedrooms have walk in closets, luxurious bathrooms and balconies.  Every bedroom has its own air condition unit and ceiling fans, allowing each guest to adjust the temperature to their liking.
